Abstract/Summary:
With the acceleration of China’s rapid economic development and urbanization, environmental problems has become the important problem. Two of them are noise and air pollution problems caused by the increase of traffic flow. The current approach to this problem is to build sound barrier and to increase catalytic device to the interior of the automobile for solving them. Mixing noise reduction and tail gas treatment function not only can achieve better environmental benefit, but also has economic benefit. So the study of sound barrier optimization design about combining the above two kinds of functions function, becomes very meaningful.This paper firstly introduces sound barrier development at home and abroad, the hazards of automobile exhaust and general treatment method, the advantages and disadvantages of sound barrier types. According to the existing foreign examples of sound barrier for the treatment of automobile exhaust and internal manufacturing process, the paper puts forward the two kinds of sound barrier design to realize automobile exhaust treatment, and related content on construction and installation. One of the first design is about a lightweight concrete board taking cement-floating beads as the vector containing TiO2. This paper adopt the first exhaust gas treatment design to optimize the existing sound barrier type on the basis of three aspects of sound barrier design theory and design principle of effectiveness. Using the finite element software Ansys Workbench and the acoustic analysis software LMS VL sysnoise module is for simulating structure and acoustics of the modified sound barrier. The paper reaches a conclusion:the modified sound barrier type compared with standing type sound barrier and T type sound barrier, is better on the aspects of noise reduction and, moreover, has automobile exhaust absorption. Finally based on the real road example——Xi’an South Second Ring Road, the paper compares the modified sound barrier type with the ordinary standing type one from an economic point of view, and draw a conclusion:under the same noise reduction effect, modification of noise barrier is slightly higher than the ordinary standing type, and cost increase of per square meter is less than 5%. The paper calculates that the annual treatment capacity of the automobile tail gas reaches 1940.34kg. In summary, the design scheme has fine practical value.
