| China’s "12th Five-Year" wind power planning pointed out that wind power installed capacity reached 100 million kilowatts in 2015 in our country. With the fast development of China’s wind power industry, more and more people have paid attention to the monitoring and diagnosis of wind power transmission chain. But the mode of current wind power fault diagnosis system is stand-alone, we are short of the diagnosis system for real-time monitoring of large-scale wind turbine. According to statistics, the most fault come from the fault of gear and bearing, so we need to study the effective and reliable algorithm of fault diagnosis for monitor the gear and bearing. And the fault data are varied and huge, we need to study the distributed storage of fault data in HBase, it can provides data support for the better fault diagnosis algorithm, and data mining.Under this background, this thesis presents the design and implementation of fault diagnosis system for wind turbine drive trains. The main research contents are as follows:(1) the design of data collecting system: the data collecting system of fault diagnosis system involves encoder, acceleration sensor, data collecting board and network transmission, and it’s used to collect the signal of wind power transmission chain speed and vibration signal.(2) design of fault diagnosis algorithm: we use the signal of angle vibration and speed collecting by the data collecting system to do a large number of experiment, and then wo calculate the characteristic values of time domain and frequency domain. The parameters that can identify gear and bearing fault is used to design effective fault diagnosis algorithm. Fault diagnosis algorithm can identify the gear teeth broken fault, bearing outer ring fault and bearing rolling element fault. As the main function of the system, Fault diagnosis function should be more accuracy, and found that the anomaly, and then prompt the alarm.(3) research of distributed storage of the fault diagnosis data in HBase: the source of fault diagnosis data is diversity and huge. In this paper, the HBase non-relational database is used to store the fault data, and the performance of HBase and the relational database is compared.In short, the design and implementation of fault diagnosis system for wind turbine drive trains is effective and reliable for the fault diagnosis of gear and bearing of wind power transmission chain and the storage of fault data is effective. |
