Wei Yang ling period of flood control and ecological comprehensive treatment engineering in weihe river Yang ling period of building rubber dam, backwater to form artificial landscape waters, as well as the scope of governance river dredging and beautify the integrated project management, etc. In urban river ecological landscape engineering, rubber dam project has many advantages, first of all, the water feature helps river ecological restoration, second rubber dam also has a certain aesthetic characteristic, can reflect the nature of architectural aesthetics, and the reasonable layout of rubber dam river to create a unique culture, build riverside landscape, the construction of ecological city, improve the quality of environment, promote the economic development is of great significance.Numerical simulation has many irreplaceable advantages, theoretical analysis and model test and with the progress of science and technology, the computer’s ability to process the data got a big improvement, makes numerical simulation speed faster, less time, the data more comprehensive information, therefore, the numerical simulation method has been gradually people’s value.This paper introduces the numerical simulation of the related theory, summarizes the research progress of numerical simulation method; To wei Yang ling area rubber dam project as the research object, through the ANSYS FLUENT software module in the discharge capacity of rubber dam project, the flow regime and hubs downstream energy dissipation impingement problems such as the three-dimensional numerical simulation.In this paper, using CAD software to establish three-dimensional geometric model, the GAMBIT software division hexahedral grid structure and setting boundary conditions, through the ANSYS FLUENT software module to establish numerical simulation in the area, and numerical simulation calculation, get four sets of rubber dam under the condition of discharge capacity, the flow regime, the surface elevation, pressure distribution and velocity distribution of the calculation results. Compared with the measured hydraulic model test, the result is consistent, that the three dimensional numerical simulation using the model is reasonable, the method is correct. The results of this paper can provide theoretical support for the design of rubber dam project weihe river, as a decision-making basis for the project owner.
