Study On The Application Of Post-grouting Technology Of Bored Pile In Luoyang Area

Overmuch sediment, mud skin effluence are big problems in drilling piles construction, for these cases, the application of post- grouting technique can control them in a large extent.By changing the relationship between pile- soil in the pile and the tip of pile to improve the bearing capacity of foundation piles for the cutting costs and the shorten of construction period.Therefore, the use of post- grouting technology is more and more widely and more mature.In this paper, relying on the mechanism of action of the slurry and the soil in the pile side and pile tip in the post- grouting process to study the post- grouting is how to improve the bearing capacity of the foundation piles, and how to use the postgrouting to serve projects better combined with the actual project.This paper described the following aspects mainly:the analysis for basic performance and rheological properties of the slurry under pressure and the theoretical analysis for the role of the slurry for piles and soil in post- grouting process on the basic of pile- soil; the expounding for affecting factors of bearing capacity of foundation pile, then the mechanism of the post- grouting were analyzed in the bearing capacity improving;the effect of slurry on the shear strength and stress for the soil around the pile, etc; the summary for the soil interface characteristics after grouting; the influencing factors for post- grouting in practice, the matters should be noted in construction technology and accident prevention, finally inferred the ultimate bearing capacity formula of pile foundation according to the practice;Finally, by the comparison the bearing capacity of the post- grouting piles and non-grouting piles in practice relying on the above-mentioned theories, the postgrouting can really improve the bearing capacity of pile.The post- grouting technology is effective in the corresponding engineering and ground conditions.
