The thesis reviews developments of curved continuous rigid-framed bridges. Prestressed concrete continuous rigid-framed bridges have the advantages of driving comfort, simple structure form, good mechanical behavior and uncomplicated construction technique. The structural and mechanical characteristics of curved continuous rigid-framed bridges are summarized in the thesis.Shengquan No.1 Bridge is a curved continuous rigid-framed railway bridge with long multi-spans and high piers. It is located on Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway Line and is employed as engineering background of this thesis. The static and dynamic performances of the bridge in construction stage and operation stage were analyzed. As the zero-segment has complex stress state, its local stress was calculated. At first, a finite element analysis software MIDAS/CIVIL 2011 was employed to build a beam element model of the curved continuous rigid-framed bridge so as to calculate and analyze the internal forces and deformations of the bridge in contruction stage as well as in operation stage. Then, the pile-soil interaction was simulated and the dynamic analysis including the natural frequency analysis, response spectrum analysis and time-history analysis were carried out. At last, an integrated model of solid element and truss element model of zero-segment was built using in ANSYS so as to analyze its complex stress state in operation stage of the bridge.
