Because of its convenient construction, low cost and strong applicability, the steel wire rope hanging type of Cantilevered Scaffolding is widely used in engineering. It is regulated in National norms, the hanging is used as a construction measure in the cantilevered scaffolding, which is not involved in the force calculation. This is not in conformity with the actual situation, also results in design calculations Anchorage end of cantilever beam is stressed by force, floor crack check is not satisfied.Thus exaggerate the risk of the anchoring end, hinder the popularization and application of cantilevered scaffolding. The research on the mechanical properties of the cantilever scaffold is of great significance.According to “Xin Zhuang” residential building project Through the installation of vibrating wire stress meter to carry out on remote wireless monitoring test. 6Sections in total 30 points were selected in the experiment, A large number of wireless monitoring data were obtained.(1) By analysis of the test data, It is founded that Internal force value of hanging rope is 1-5Kn,the anchor ring At the end of each cantilever beam is 5-20 kN.the tie mumber is(-3)-(+5)kN. The load of the tie mumber is influenced by wind load may results in tension or compression. The tie mumber material must adopt the rigid material.(2) Two kinds of calculation models has be used(.Model A-rope participate in theforce and Model B-wire rope does not participate in the force). Analyze the stress of the rope, the anchor ring and the tie mumber of the hanging scaffold under 6different sections, anchorage ratio has influence on the on the whole frame is obtained. The greater the anchoring ratio has, The smaller the force of anchor ring has.(3) In view of the strength of the tie mumber propose the whole overturning model of cantilevered scaffolding. When calculated by this model the force of the tie mumber is related to the position of the wall.Think that The more close to the top ofthe tie mumber,the larger the force has,It is consistent with the measured values,Conform to engineering practice.
