The recycled aggregate which is broken by waste concrete has the characteristics of low strength, large porosity, strong water absorption and so on,Compared with ordinary concrete, the mechanical properties of recycled concrete are decreased. In this paper,steel fiber recycled concrete was formulated by adding steel fiber into recycled concrete. The role of steel fiber can be played for the strength and toughness of the recycled concrete is promoted. By focusing on steel fiber recycled concrete’s compressive, splitting tensile properties and their relationship, the main contents are laid as follows:(1) Through the compression test of 150mm×150mm×150mm and 150mm× 150mm×300mm specimens,the effect of replacement rate of recycled aggregate and the volume fraction of steel fiber on compressive properties were analyzed. At the meantime,the calculation model of cubic compressive strength of steel fiber recycled concrete and axial compressive strength as well as the relational expression between them was established.(2) Through the elastic modulus test of 150mm×150mm× 300 mm specimens, the effect of recycled aggregate’s replacement and the volume fraction of the steel fiber on the elastic modulus were analyzed. At the meantime, the calculation model of steel fiber recycled concrete elastic modulus was established.(3) Through the splitting tensile tests of 150mm×150mm×150mm specimens, the effect of recycled concrete’s replace rate and the volume fraction of steel fiber on the recycled concrete splitting tensile strength was analyzed. At the meantime, the calculation model of steel fiber recycled concrete’s tensile splitting strength was established as well as establishing the relational model between the splitting tensile strength and compressive strength.
