Scaling phenomena is widespread in the heat exchange equipment of industrial production, and it usually brings great harm to the production. Due to the high degree automation, less investment, simple operation and cause no environmental pollution, electromagnetic descaling technology has received wide attention in recent years. Because the master of mechanism and law is not yet perfect, the development of the technology is restricted.This paper studies the effect of alternating electromagnetic field on the solubility of calcium carbonate solution under the static state and summarizes the influence of magnetic field parameters and supersaturation on solution by constructing experiment system and measuring conductivity and pH of solution. Experiment results show that alternating electromagnetic field can make the conductivity of calcium carbonate supersaturated solution increases and pH decreases. The magnetic field effect can promote dissolution of calcium carbonate ions and the dissolution of CO2, it will make the alkaline of solution weaker.The experimental system is established to study the effect of alternating electromagnetic field on the circulating water treatment system and summarized the effect of the magnetic field parameters, the degree of supersaturation and velocity of the solution on scale inhibition. The experimental results show that the alternating electromagnetic field can increase solution conductivity. Due to the effect of enhancing circulation, the process of CO2 discharged greater than the CO2 dissolved by magnetic field promote, the ions of CO32- generated by precipitate dissolve no longer reacted with the CO2 in the water to generating the ions of HCO3-. So the pH of solution increases slightly.Comparing the effect of alternating electromagnetic field on the solubility of calcium carbonate solution under static and cyclic, we find that the promotion of dissolving of alternating electromagnetic field on precipitation in circulation state is better than that in the static state.The effect of alternating electromagnetic field on crystallization in circulatory state was studied, and the research shows that alternating electromagnetic field effects can accelerate nucleus formation and grain growth rate of the calcium carbonate crystal. The effect of alternating electromagnetic field has a close relationship with solution circulation velocity. The acceleration of solution circling flow can decrease the time of precipitate generation, and reduce the amount of sediment.It can be concluded that the optimum parameters of the magnetic field range is 100Hz/(0.7T-1.2T) in the calcium carbonate saturated solution of different calcium ion concentration under normal temperature in static state though measuring the conductivity of solution with the experimental measurement of electrical conductivity.
