| Crop straw regeneration heat preservation brick(hereinafter referred to as "straw brick") is to through chemical removal of sugar processing of crop straw(rice, wheat, corn, sorghum, cotton, soybean, rapeseed, sugar cane plant stalk) and sand as aggregate, cement as cementitious material, supplemented by fly ash, powder, gypsum and other mixed material, according to different needs to add some additives, by mixing with water and in the mold compression moulding and natural curing and made of masonry bulk.Straw brick is a section, energy saving, recycling, environmental protection, renewable green wall masonry material, with light quality, good thermal insulation performance, economic and convenient construction, and many other advantages, especially the waste crop straw as raw materials to produce, not only easy to use local materials, reasonable use of the resource of waste straw, also help to solve the problem of waste of resources caused by straw burning, and environmental pollution. In the construction of our country, especially the main grain and oil producing areas with abundant straw resources, it has very high economic value and profound social significance.However, at present, domestic and foreign research on the straw brick is still relatively small, the lack of for systematic study of straw brick and a straw brick production, design, construction the specific technical indicators, there is no straw brick of the relevant standards and regulations. Lack of reliable production, design, construction technical specifications and technical support, which seriously hindered the application of straw bricks in the project construction.In view of the above problems, the research group on a single piece of straw brick physical properties and straw brick masonry compressive, shear, compressive deformation, elastic modulus, Poisson’s ratio and other basic mechanical properties of masonry were experimental study, draws some conclusions and puts forward some personal suggestions.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1) the development status at home and abroad was introduced. The new wall materials, straw resources using the development status and development trend of present situation and straw buildings, briefly introduces the current situation of the development of the straw brick production technology and straw bricks, introduced this topic research background, research significance and research methods; basic physical property test of straw brick, straw brick volume density, water absorption, compressive strength, flexural strength, thermal conductivity, freeze-thaw etc. the indicators.(2) of straw brick masonry were compressive test, observation of the failure process of straw brick masonry under axial compression, the failure characteristics and failure mechanism, the axial compressive strength, stress-strain curves, elastic modulus, Poisson’s ratio and other main technical indexes, summed up the calculating method and calculating formula of the index, and gets the calculation results are analyzed. The influencing factors of the above indexes were analyzed and compared with those of common clay brick and concrete block, the same and different points were analyzed. The design and construction suggestions of straw brick masonry are put forward.(3) on the straw brick masonry were along the through slot double shear test to observe the double-sided shear failure process of straw brick masonry, analyzed the failure characteristics and failure mechanism, has been the double-sided anti shear strength index, summed up the calculating method and calculating formula of the index, and found that the calculation results. Analysis of the influencing factors of the index, and compared with the above characteristics of ordinary clay brick and concrete block, analyzes the similarities and differences. Put forward the suggestion for design and construction of straw brick masonry.(4) in the end of this topic, the research are summarized, based on the results of the study obtained some conclusions, the straw brick masonry and rational research, design, production and construction suggestions proposed author on the field expect to continue research content and research proposals. It provides a reference for the design, production and construction of straw brick masonry, and provides a reference for the further research of straw brick masonry in the future and the establishment of relevant standards and procedures. |
