With the national highway transform the large-scale construction period to the stage of operation and management, the management work of maintenance for highway tunnel began to attach great importance However, our country highway tunnel maintenance technology started relatively late, the efficiency of management of the highway tunnel is low. So this paper got the research of operating highway tunnel periodical inspection of disease information management system based on BIM, it can evaluate the information management and health status of the highway tunnel quantitatively and qualitatively, have certain practical significance. The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) According to the "highway tunnel maintenance technical code" (JTG HI2-2015) and combined with the on-site inspection work experience, this paper summarized the technical requirements of the regular inspection of the structure of the highway tunnel: prepare well before inspection, identify and record the disease with the prescribed manner during the inspection process, after the inspection ourside, we must check, organize, record and archive the data, finally according to the detection of disease, evaluated the structural engineering technical condition, and formulated the maintenance and disease treatment recommendations.(2) Realize the 3D visualization of lining diseases. This thesis did the second development of Autodesk CAD and Revit, used the planar coordinate space to coordinate transforming relationship, and used the disease information which extract from FIG runnel disease show drawing the three-dimensional tunnel model combines a diagram showing a three-dimensional tunnel disease, so that shows the tunnel disease information more intuitive and real.(3) According to the above inspection and evaluation method, using ASP.NTE on Studio.net Visual 2015 platform, the database had been established, and the information management system of highway tunnel has been developed. The system can input, edit, query, and modify data, manage the high line and tunnel, including the basic information of the tunnel, disease information, technical condition evaluation and maintenance advice to meet the demand for regular inspection.(4) The system was tested by an engineering example. The system operates stable, its interface is friendly and has the advantages of reliable calculation, flexible use, convenient, fast and easy to operate. The system has a certain use value from the test results.
