| Distribution network is an important part of power system, high voltage distribution network as a bridge between transmission network and low and medium voltage power distribution network, its reliability of power supply and the economic construction especially the key. The main task of distribution network planning is to solve the contradiction between power supply layout planning and load distribution imbalance, make the rational utilization of power resources; Through scientific and reasonable planning of distribution network can obtain enormous economic benefits and social benefits, also can avoid the waste of resources caused by the unreasonable planning at the same time. With the rise of clean energy, the use of distributed generation is also greatly increased, a large number of distributed generation access to distribution network, leads to the complexity and uncertainty of power distribution network, increase the difficulty of distribution network planning. It has far-reaching practical significance to make reasonable planning of high voltage distribution network with distributed generation in save investment, clean energy, reduce the loss of electricity power grid, improve power system reliability and flexibility such aspects. Based on the combination of the traditional distribution network planning method and the distributed generation planning model, system planning on 66kV distribution network by Longxiwan of Jinzhou as research object in this paper.Firstly, analysis of the load situation of the distribution network in Longxiwan, use three different kinds of load forecasting models, namely Space load density index method, Per capita electricity consumption and Annual growth rate method to forecast its load of distribution network. Combined with the historical load data in distribution network compares the prediction results of three methods, ultimately choose the Space load density index method for this distribution network plan.Secondly, on the basis of the traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm, establish a multi-objective optimal configuration model of DG, in which the minimization of network loss and annual comprehensive cost as well as optimal stability of steady state voltage are taken as built in view of the distributed power supply in high voltage distribution network planning existing problems. On the basis of this model, add the crowding distance sorting technology to update and maintain the optimal solution in the external storage to seek more accurate and true Pareto optimal solution set, ultimately achieve the goal of reasonable optimization of multiple target parameters.Finally, combined load forecasting results and the status and main problems of distribution network, establish a substation location model based on minimizing the comprehensive cost, the site selection of the 66kV substation in Longxiwan is completed at last. At the same time, the particle swarm optimization algorithm with quantum behavior characteristics is used to solve the line of distribution network. The result of the planning to make the necessary electrical calculation, verify the reasonableness, security and prospective of this plan. |
