| With the rapid development of high speed railway, the high-speed rail network has been formed. People for travel time requirements gradually increase, which requires the railway departments to organize the transportation efficiently, which one of the important problem is how to arrange the comprehensive maintenance window appropriately. In the condition of high-speed rail network, the high-speed train has high speed, high density and varieties of transportation organization mode. How to arrange the comprehensive maintenance window appropriately is important for solving the contradiction between the maintenance construction and train operation, reducing the influence on train operation.Based on consulting a large number of data, referencing the experience both home and abroad, using the theory of system engineering, operations research and traffic organization method, this paper discusses the theories and methods for how to arrange the comprehensive maintenance window in the condition of high-speed rail network. With the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as an example, through analyzing the train operation situation, according to the optimization idea of arranging the comprehensive maintenance window in the condition of the high-speed rail network concluded the comprehensive maintenance window optimization schedule of the Beijing-shanghai high-speed railway and Jinan-Qingdao high-speed railway.In this paper, the main research content including:(1)This paper summaries status both home and abroad from the four aspects of management system, maintenance standards, the comprehensive maintenance window arrangement and research results, clearly points the research emphasis, summaries the different ways of classification of the comprehensive maintenance window and the different comprehensive maintenance window mode adaptability.(2)This paper studies on the theories and methods of comprehensive maintenance window arrangement in the condition of high-speed rail network. Based on analyzing the factors influencing the maintenance window arrangement, the paper proposed the optimization thoughts of how to arrange comprehensive maintenance window in the condition of high-speed rail network.(3)This paper studies on different comprehensive maintenance window mode, compared the different mode in the organization mode, line capacities, travel time, maintenance operation, safe operation and so on.(4)This paper studies on the problem of how to connect the comprehensive maintenance window among different lines in the condition of high-speed rail network, analyzes the different lines connecting section in rectangular maintenance window mode how to influence the train operation. This paper builds a mode which coordinates the relationship between the period times of comprehensive maintenance window and the train operation to reduce the influence on the train operation.(5)This paper analyzes the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway train operation. The paper demonstrates the feasibility of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed trains running at night. According to the calculation method of reasonable train departure time domain, the paper calculates the cross line of the train reasonable operation scope and the reasonable time domain of starting and ending the line.(6) According to the optimization thoughts of how to arrange comprehensive maintenance window in the condition of high-speed rail network, the paper selects the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as the main line and Jinan-Qingdao high-speed railway as the sub-line, using the quantitative calculation, qualitative method of adjustment, determines the mode, the length of the time, the period time of the comprehensive maintenance window, eventually gets the optimization schedules of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and Jinan-Qingdao high-speed railway, demonstrates the rationality of the method. |
