As an architectural curtain wall, aluminum curtain wall has an important influence on building energy consumption and the thermal environment. Aluminum curtain wall plate solar collector which combine the aluminum curtain wall with the plate of solar collector not only can use aluminum curtain to collect the solar energy, but also can make it has better heat insulation performance and reduce air conditioning load. Thus, Using aluminum curtain wall plate solar collector is one of the effective ways to realize building energy efficiency.In this article, This test set up platform for testing the performance of the aluminum curtain wall plate solar collector and analyzing the date of this test. By controlling the received radiation from the sun, and making use of the circulating the water pump to adjust the water pipes in the inland waters flow, exploring under different test condition, the thermal performance of the aluminum curtain wall plate solar collector and getting thermal properties and thermal insulation properties evaluation parameters under various operating conditions. Through analysis the test data and the related theory research, this paper obtained the results of the study are as follows:Set thermal performance:the aluminum curtain wall plate solar collector under the same radiation conditions, under different water collector instantaneous relationship between the size of the collection efficiency is:η800L/h>η600L/h>η400L/h>η200L/h; In the area, when the flow phase are at the same time, the smaller the radiation intensity, the greater the collectors efficiency. Under different radiation intensity conditions, traffic conditions is 200 L/h,400 L/h,600 L/h,800 L/h average collection efficiency in the radiation intensity reach maximum for 300 W/m2, respectively is 17.11%,17.63%,19.52%, 19.99%. Collector overall average collection efficiency is 16.51%.Insulating properties:when the intensity of radiation are at the same time, the greater the water flow, the smaller internal energy increment of aluminum curtain wall plate control chamber air behind it, and the better the heat insulation effect is. Under 900W/m2,600 W/m2,300W/m2 three simulated radiation conditions, different radiation intensity control of air chamber internal energy increment are biggest when the flow is OL/h, Flow rate of 8001/h at least. This indicates that the thermal insulation specification aluminum curtain wall plate solar collector is better than ordinary aluminum curtain wall plate.In terms of heat flux distribution characteristics, under different working condition of solar simulation radiation, collectors’ collection heat flux, convection heat flux, storage heat flux and heat conduction heat flux and surface net radiation heat flux ratio of total average is 17.71%~36.57%,16.89%~23.51%,2.95%~3.32% and 42.32%-53.45% respectively.With the increase of radiation intensity, collectors collection heat flux accounts for the proportion of net radiation heat flux is falling, ratio of collector convecttion heat flux and net radiation heat flux increase.We can improve the collector sets hot heat, reduce the heat flux and heat convection heat transfer of heat flux,so as to improve its thermal performance.The performance of the economy:Relative to the aluminum curtain wall plate, glass vacuum tube solar collector solar collector has a higher initial investment, and in the third year in a cycle, the use of energy-saving benefit can make up for the increase of the initial investment. But for high-rise buildings, aluminum curtain wall plate solar collector and building palisade structure integration degree is higher, the effective heating area is larger. So the aluminum curtain wall plate solar collector has more advantages in energy saving benefits. Although aluminum curtain wall plate solar collector set low quantity of heat per square meter. But from the view of additional investment recovery period method, Aluminum curtain wall plate solar collector efficiency is better than general flat-plate solar collector.
