| In recent years, in order to alleviate the traffic pressure from the sharp increase in urban population, subway is developed rapidly. Noise generated by Subway seriously affects passenger comfort and people’s normal life along the track. Inside and outside noise of subway vehicle can be reduced from three aspects:source, transfer path and recipients. Therefore, it is very important to identify the main sources and transfer paths for controlling the inside and outside noise of subway vehicle.The main excitation sources and the transfer paths of the interior noise can be effectively identified by Transfer Path Analysis method, which provide a reference for the control of interior and exterior noise. However, the cross coupling between the transmission paths and excitation sources can lead to the problem of the analysis result of Transfer Path Analysis, so that the calculation results of contribution occurs deviation. By constructing a mathematical model of crosstalk cancellation, the crosstalk cancellation equation of n excitation sources is deduced and the crosstalk cancellation software is developed by Matlab in the paper. Feasibility and effectiveness of crosstalk cancellation software is verified by designing the experiments of 3 and 4 sound sources.The acceleration and sound pressure signal of a subway vehicle’s main excitation sources and transmission paths measuring points are collected and noise and vibration characteristics of main measuring points is analyzed. Then make the passenger compartment end point as the response point and analyze the contribution of transmission paths and excitation sources. The crosstalk cancellation software is applied to resolve the cross-coupling between the excitation sources, which solve the problem that the calculation results of conventional Transfer Path Analysis occurs deviation. According to the results of Transfer Path Analysis, it is obvious that the main vibration transmission path are 1 side and 2 side vertical dampers and the main excitation source is axle box. Finally, some suggestions for controlling the interior noise are made to the subway vehicle. |
