The "green development" put forward the party’s eighteen plenary session of the guidance of China’s "Thirteen five" period of development even more of the long-term development of the scientific development concept and development mode.Thirteen five during the upcoming, economic needs of China’s transformation, along with the implementation of "along the way" strategy, Xi’an is as the core area of the city will play a vital role. However, in the process of development, facing the construction land shortage, traffic congestion, security issues highlighted,counter-terrorism pressure, environmental degradation, housing and other negative issues. One of the basic methods to solve this problem is to develop underground space, which will be able to transfer or transfer the function space of the city into the ground. Take full advantage of the subway, underground roads, underground commercial, underground rail transportation and other underground space can be achieved to reduce the mixed, clean ground transportation, reduce energy consumption, prosperity business environment, increase the ground green, reduce the ground construction caused by a large number of dust, reduce vehicle emissions, so as to create a clean air, beautiful environment of three-dimensional livable city.The underground building is warm in winter and cool in summer, but the humidity and air quality control problems are often not satisfactory. In the light of the above problems, the method of measurement and simulation is adopted to study the heat and humidity environment of underground building in Xi’an, and the specific contents include.In this paper, the research progress of four aspects, such as the heat and moisture transfer, the actual measurement, the air environment control strategy, and the thermal comfort of the underground buildings, are summarized in this paper. Analysis of the difference of the thermal and moisture load of the underground construction relative to the ground floor, and find out the reasons of the characteristics of the heat and humidity environment.The measured phase, to elect a representative of three types of underground construction was tested in thermal environment in winter and summer respectively,analyze the existing problems. MTS model and PMV model are established, and the difference between them is built.Analysis of the factors causing high humidity of the underground building and their respective calculation methods. The paper summarizes the common methods of the air conditioning system, the advantages and disadvantages and the application situation, and compares the temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system with the conventional temperature and humidity.Simulation and analysis of indoor thermal environment characteristics, and through the change of air conditioning of the back outlet parameters, the suitable for underground construction ventilation, air flow organization design for reference.
