Production not only to use a lot of raw materials, but also spend a lot of energy in the production process energy consumption will be converted into the new energy,if these energy sources can be used properly, not only to achieve enterprise energy conservation, while reducing operating costs.This paper is to study heat recovery evaluation companies generated in the production process, the focus is to investigate the effect of heat recovery, and maltodextrin production line to achieve heat recovery case will be described.Firstly, from the thermodynamic point of view of industrial production, summed up the general principles of the production process heat recovery, application of thermodynamic analysis of heat recovery methods described. And noted that the heat recovery technologies play a crucial role in emission reduction efficiency of industrial production processes.In this paper, the heat recovery unit, with low cost, strong adaptability to water quality, maintenance is simple, does not affect the process running characteristics.Through this heat recovery unit, so that enterprises can use the minimum price, the current discharge into the environment of high temperature exhaust gas is recovered for reuse in the process of production. This paper describes the basic principles and design ideas, heat exchangers and selection parameters of heat recovery, combined with the relevant aspects of the theory of the second law of thermodynamics and economics, technology, and by calculating the recovery capacity of the heat recovery unit.Finally, heat recovery technology application to COFCO Biochemical Energy(Gongzhuling) Co., Ltd. heat recovery project design calculations, and obtained the environmental and economic benefits of heat recycling after the project to determine the exhaust heat recycling provides the ultimate solution reference.Through a brief analysis of this project we found that heat recovery implementation for enterprises to reduce production costs and greatly enhance the revenue of the firm, and related technological transformation of other companies inthe same industry provides a rare experience.
