Nowadays, more and more natural resources are being used in industrial development and accompanied by a large number of construction wastes. At the same time, There is a large number of building residual idle, while some peopel develop new energy to construct new buildings to meet the needs of people’s lives. This vicious cycle has caused the shortage of natural resources, the city’s remaining waste construction and materials, the dirty living environment and other social problems. New designers need to get rid of pursuing beauty of architectural form blindly and take care of social resources, environment protection and energy saving of the building.We also need to put the building environment into nature and mobilize all utilization of resources of the surrounding buildings.In order to build environmentally friendly buildings and a healthy society,we’d better to combine the building and the surrounding economic, cultural, human, material and other fully organic resources.Every related factors of community environment have relationships with eachother. They penetrate into an organic system and act on many aspects of the building and the surrounding resources.Community’flow’is built on the decline of the standard of living and the old public environmental deterioration. The ’flow’ contact the internal and external material or non-material resources in community. The way of achieving the community’flow’, we can activate the idle available resources, mobilize residents to participate in the enthusiasm, strengthen management through a series of methods, adopt measures which related to economic, social, technical, reduce energy consumption, make full use of human resources, reduce expenditure, promote a number of cultural activities, minimize waste old pollutant emissions, stop wasting, make full use of resources.
