Aluminum electrolysis industry is a high energy consuming industry, and it is of great practical significance for the development of enterprises to reduce the power consumption in the process of aluminum electrolysis. The relevant research shows that the anode effect can be predicted by the accurate measurement of the current distribution of the anode guide bar, and take timely measures to prevent the occurrence of anode effect. So as to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption and improving the production efficiency. The thesis takes this as the background, applies the all fiber optical current transducer to the anode guide rod current measurement, analyzes the related factors influencing the accuracy of it, proposes optimization method and verifies the effectiveness of the proposed optimization method.Aiming at the influence of temperature on measuring accuracy, the thesis proposes a method of setting up a temperature sensor in the original system to achieve temperature performance optimization and a method of selecting the 1/4 wave plate phase delay initial value reasonably to achieve temperature performance optimization, the thesis establishes a simulation test system of the temperature performance optimization method, and verifies the effectiveness of the two methods; Aiming at the influence of linear birefringence on measuring accuracy, the thesis analyzes the inhibition effect of circular birefringence on linear birefringence, establishes the method of introducing circular birefringence into the sensing optical fiber by wounding it into a spiral shape, obtains the optimal value of the circular birefringence by optimizing calculation, and establishes the relationship between the geometric parameters of the spiral sensing ring according to this value; Aiming at the influence of eccentricity of current carrying conductor on measuring accuracy, the thesis establishes the relationship between the eccentric distance of the current carrying conductor and the relative error of the current measurement values, and puts forward a retractable and adjustable center sensing ring structure according to the structure characteristic of anode guide bar.On the basis of detailed theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward different methods of measuring accuracy performance of all fiber optical current transformer, which has a guiding significance for it.
