The initial position of the rotor is an essential aspect for controlling the motor in the positional motor control system. If there is no accurate initial angle rotor, we can not effectively control the motor and it even lead to abnormal motor running. In the installation and design process, the error between resolver zero and rotor zero is unavoidable. Therefore, it is the direction of our research to get motor initial position in this situation.The performance of the motor affects the electric control system seriously. We can determine the performance of a motor by FFT. The harmonic of motor potential waveform can be obtained via FFT. Harmonics indicates the performance of the motor. Designers can improve the performance of the motor according to these data.This paper is on the basis of these needs. The design of the whole system is based on the concept of ECAD/MCAD. The reliability of detecting the initial rotor position is verified via experiments. Finally, the FFT analysis is carried out using MATLAB. |
