The pure electric vehicle is the car of which the power supplied entirely by rechargeable batteries(such as lead-acid batteries,nickel cadmium battery, nickel metal hydride batteries or lithium ion battery).The core technology of the BEV is the motor controller which can control the torque output. Any normal work of the control unit is dependent on the coordinated control of the controller. Therefore,to research the efficient and reliable controller and the better control performance of safety monitoring system and to ensure the system coordination is very important for the pure electric vehicle research and development technology. This paper is mainly devoted to a series of studies of the fault diagnosis system of a pure electric vehicle motor controller and motor drive system. This paper designs a series of comparatively perfect fault diagnosis methods, and the corresponding protection measures, analysis of the motor fault type,fault hazard level of the controller, and the level of fault classification, and the corresponding treatment method. This paper has set up a model for the fault diagnosis and protection measures by using the MATLAB. The system has used in the actual electric car test project, and has got good feedback. At the same time this paper also introduces the fault-tolerant control. At the end of the paper I introduce the communication with the vehicle system and the code design.This paper is devoted to the safety and reliability of the control system of new energy automobile motor research. It can offer a possible reference of this field for the future. |
