| This is the paper about methods of decreasing diesel engine emission, mainly discussion the validity of "deep spray" to decreasing diesel engine emission, it’s proved that the "deep spray" technology can reduce the emission of NOx and PM by test, which is efficient way for diesel engine to meet the emission regulation.At first, it’s illuminated that the significance of decreasing diesel engine emission to protect environment, it’s expounded that the development and the system of the non-road emission regulation. There is a summary about the implement time and limit requirements of world different non-road emission regulations in the paper. And there is a discussion about the development, limit, implementing time and test methods of China non-road emission regulation. The world research status about diesel engine non-road emission technology is discussed, the research content are defined in the paper.The component and harm of the diesel engine exhaust pollutant are expounded in the paper. The formation, model and quantity variation are mainly analyzed in the paper too, which is the basis of the emission research.Based on the knowledge, the theory of the "deep spray" for decreasing emission is analyzed, the computer combustion simulation and calculation is included, the analysis mainly is on these aspects:the shape of the combustion chamber, the spray angle and the intake air swirl ratio, the impact of "deep spray" to combustion. The mechanism of decreasing emission is analyzed. Per this theory, new parts are designed for test to optimize the engine emission, include piston, injector, the injection timing is optimized, and a diesel engine of 14L is assembled for validation test.The validation method is the DOE test, the 3 factors of the injection timing, spray angle and injection hole parameter which each one has 2 levels are analyzed to make sure the change trend. The test result show that the "deep spray" technology is a effective method to improve diesel emission. |
