| With the rapid development of economy in our country, the demand of construction machinery is more and more in every walk of life. As one of core control components in the hydraulic system of construction machines, the performance of multi-way valves directly decides the technical level of the whole machine. In recent years, the quality and capability of domestic multi-way valves has been greatly improved. However, there is a gap between the domestic and the foreign multi-way valves on high performance, especially in high-pressure and large-flow. In order to improve the design level of the multi-way valves, it is important to test the characteristic of the multi-way valve fully and accurately. But the domestic existing testing systems for multi-way valve are suffering from few functions, low-degree automation, poor reliability, low efficiency and accuracy. In this paper, the research on electro-hydraulic automatic testing system for multi-way valves based on electro-hydraulic proportional technology with high testing accuracy and efficiency has important practical significance.Firstly, this paper introduces the testing contents and methods for multi-way valve to define the design task of testing system. This paper also put forward the overall technological solutions based on analyzing the safety and testing precision of testing system. The testing system is consist of the hydraulic system and the measurement and control system. The functional modules of the hydraulic system are designed and planted model selection based on module division and scheme comparison. The measurement and control system uses NI data acquisition card to realize the function of the automatic-control testing process, automatic acquisition and processing for testing data. The testing software realizes the design of modules based on NI-DAQ, and with Xtreme Toolkit Pro as a framework. The testing system has the ability of displaying real-time testing data, completing automatic control process, automatic generation for testing results and so on to realize automatic tests for the testing projects.Finally, this paper tests a certain multi-way valve using this electro-hydraulic automatic testing system for multi-way valves. The testing results demonstrate the accuracy of the tests and the rationality of the testing system design. |
