With the rapid growth of China’s national economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the national per capita electricity consumption and the total power consumption increased greatly, the proportion of electrical fire accident in total fire accident is becoming bigger and bigger. How to reduce the incidence rate of electrical fire accident has become a series problem in electric safety research field. As we know, in our nation’s Existing low-voltage distribution system, traditional electric fire monitor device mainly through the detector to detect current, voltage, temperature and ground fault of residual current of every node in distribution box. When the parameter of any node is abnormal, electric fire monitor device will send control and alarm signal. But the existing electric fire monitor device has its disadvantages. In essence, it still belongs to the alarm system, rather than pre-warning system, it can’t effectively prevent the happening of the electrical fires.The electrical fire pre-warning system for Building Power Distribution designed in this paper, is a electrical fire pre-warning system based on the leak current detection, power quality monitor and analysis and network transmission, it can analysis the main node of building power distribution’s or industrial power distribution’s harmonic content, forecast the harmonic heating value of line and equipment, and then combined with distribution line leakage current monitoring data, sending a fire alarm signal to monitor center, timely remind property management personnel.Firstly, this paper makes a detail description on research background, implication of research and its necessity, and then making a further research on the causes of electrical fires. In addition, the chapter also analyzes and explains the development trend, current situation and detection technology of the electrical fire alarm system in China and abroad. In addition, the chapter also makes a detail comparison on electric fire monitor device of domestic and foreign markets.Secondly, this paper makes an overall design on structure of electrical fire pre-warning system, putting forward the overall technique program of the research and the technique route of the research. After fully understanding the background of the thesis and consulting much information of the domestic and foreign electrical fire pre-warning system, this part makes a detail description on research content, the key technology and the case of applications and definite the innovations of research.Third, this paper mainly focuses on the design and illustrate of power quality analysis and leakage current detection module, power quality data analysis and harmonic analysis, NRF24L01 wireless communication network research, and then complete software debugging of front measuring mode and get power quality data through experiment, also providing data support for the development of the system.At last, the paper summarized the research work, presenting the developing trend of electrical fire pre-warning system in the future and viewing the application prospects of the research. |
