Development And Application Of Solar Thermal Utilization Engineering Testing Equipment

This project intends to develop a set of equipment, which can be used in the production of solar thermal energy, which is easy to carry.In the research methods, It needs to evaluate the criteria of GB/T 20095-2006, DGJ32/TJ90-2009> analysis of the relevant parameters, determine the equipment function and requirements, and design the operating system and the equipment. The last,we must test and verify the accuracy and stability of the device to achieve the purpose of testing. This project is designed mainly to solve the following problems:1.It is the first to meet the solar thermal performance of the field test evaluation requirements.2.Based on the characteristics of the project site,It can accurately test the thermal performance of the input data collection.The accuracy can meet the standard requirements, equipment operation and good stability.3.The operating system of the equipment needs to be integrated into the equipment, as far as possible to improve the convenience of the equipment.The design of the operating interface can meet the requirements of detection.The main work is divided into three stages:structure design, software system development, and equipment performance testing.1.structure design. According to the function of the hardware and software part of the design scheme, the requirements of the components are decomposed, the accuracy requirements, the components and the components are determined.2. Design software system. Design convenient operation interface can meet the equipment parameters of the setting,testing,data storage.3. Equipment performance test. The accuracy, stability and adaptability of the equipment are verified by the experimental data.
