Frame column is an important part of reinforced concrete frame structure. As the structural function change or damaged in earthquakes, durability and other external factors, the structure can’t accomplish its mission, it needs to be reinforced.As common reinforcement methods with Angle and batten plate of stick steel strengthening methods and external stick thin wall steel reinforcement of frame column has been widely used in engineering practice. But after sticking steel reinforcement outside the frame column under the effect of axial force performance is not fully understood, especially improve the carrying capacity of the reinforced will no way of knowing.Based on this, this article launches the research on this issue, the simulation verify the different ways of strengthening the influence degree of the mechanical performance of the original column.Based on the large general finite element program ABAQUS6.10 modeling, and through a lot of numerical simulation analysis and comparative study, mainly made the following valuable numerical simulation data and important research results:(1) First, established the finite element model of the original column, comparison and analysis the different displacement loading condition, the axial mechanical properties of the original frame column.(2) Again, numerical simulation of the glued steel reinforced frame column axial force performance, and compares the simulation results with the original column analysis.Using different batten plate spacing,200 mm and 400 mm modeling, numerical simulation results show that different batten plate spacing on adopting the way of strengthening component under vertical load performance.(3) Finally, studies the outside using sticky 6 mm thin wall steel plate and 6mm round steel thin-walled tube after the original column strengthened component of axial force performance.Results show that both the bearing capacity of the way after respectively is 167% and 158% of the original column bearing capacity.By the end of the article, on the content of the numerical simulation are analyzed and summarized, in the future continue to study and practice forward some reference Suggestions and ideas.
