| With the development of urbanization and industrialization, the production of urban and industrial waste is growing rapidly, which not only pollutes the urban environment, but also occupies the development space of urban. If people can recycle these urban waste, this practice will provide a feasible way for the sustainable development of the city.Wall is an important part of a building, but the current building insulation material can not meet the requirement of people. What’s more,the cost is so high. So it has very important practical significance to develop green economy, environmental protection and energy saving wall materials.This paper discusses the use of waste polystyrene(EPS) foam, slag,construction waste, municipal solid waste, mixed with cement, sand,foaming agent, water and other materials, through the orthogonal test to adjust the raw material and foaming agent with the ratio, developed with good physical, mechanical, thermal insulation performance of the new block. The waste EPS foam, slag and construction waste concrete block production consumes no fuel, no waste emissions, and energy saving,waste utilization, economy.In this paper, the technical and economic indexes of EPS foam, slag and building waste slag are analyzed, and the economic benefit is very considerable. Through the method of matter element analysis, we establish evaluation index system of the degree of its resources. Based on this, we know that the degree of resource blocks may belong to the partial excellent grades and the production and application of the block has certain feasibility. Meanwhile, the article also analyzes its economic,ecological and social benefits,it is concluded that the study of block come with the current R & D direction of masonry structure, and its development prospects is so big.Finally, by contrast with the domestic and foreign management and disposal about the municipal solid waste, analyzing obstacle factors ofthe new block, this paper proposed some suggestions, which is about the operation of recycling resource industry of this new block. |
