Transmission lines is an important part of electric system,it is widely used and vulnerable to the environment and other condition,so we need to do a lot of works to maintain it stable.Transmission lines oscillation is one of the disadvantage environment condition.Transmission lines oscillation has many characters such as larger amplitude,longer duration,vibration with swing.Even it is a small probability event,in case of oscillation,it will cause flashover between transmission lines,Ieading to frequent flashover trip,damage of Insulator and transmission line,even the tower collapse accident and breakage of electric transmission line.So transmission lines oscillation threat the transmission lines safty.This problem attracts much attention,we have received much achievement in theoretical research and actual engineering.But this problem is too complex to solving the problem completely.We need more work to do in this field.This paper based on the Weihai transmission lines oscillation in 2010,do some research on some respects below,the theory of transmission lines oscillation,construction and analysis of mathematical model of transmission lines oscillation,reason analysis of weihai transmission lines oscillation,do some research on anti-oscillation measures for weihai transmission lines.Form above research, we could make sense of application condition and limitations of current popular theory of transmission lines oscillation, build the mathematical model of transmission lines oscillation,get the relationship between the parameters and transmission lines oscillation, find the specific reasons of transmission lines oscillation in weihai,combine all of this with the real condition, find a feasible way to solve this problem.
