Design And Implement Of Dielectric Test System For PLC

Dielectric test is a method that can identify the quality of the power equipment. By using electric test, the dielectric flaw as well as other shortcomings of power manufacture can be detected. The method has been applied to foregoing tests extensively in order to prevent the power equipment from serious malfunction during operation.Along with the rapid development of software and hardware, test system is starting to computerize. The virtual instrument is a combination of computer technology, instrument technology and other new technology. The virtual instrument has broken down the traditional instruments’ framework and achieved major breakthrough.In this paper, Enterprise project dielectric test system for PLC was designed and implemented, which uses the virtual instrument and related technologies. The system consists of testing, maintenance, parameter setting and history inquiries, etc. The paper, first of all, outlines the background and the source of subject, introduces the related technology and overall system design; second, the paper talks in detail about the design of the hardware system; finally, the modular design of the software is mentioned, the user interface is offered.The hardware and software designed are of high reliability and stability, and meets the requirement of the tested products in all specifications, fulfills all technological demands.The system developed in this paper meets all the indexes mentioned in the technical requirements and has been accepted by the users satisfactorily.
