Advanced research of this paper mainly aimed at the problem is that the original one gyro testing table in the volume, precision life structure, operation and maintenance, etc. First of all, through the analysis of the history of gyro testing table, types, technical characteristics and its importance in the gyro instrument production, belongs to the new equipment type and technical indicators to do the positioning and clear. Continue to analysis found that the main movement is rotation and angular swing, and the two drive control precision of the motion state decided to test accuracy of turntable, and the factors affected the accuracy of drive control, mainly driving element properties for was accused of amount of detection methods, control strategy, in this paper, the above three aspects has carried on the detailed study, combined with the index requirements, technical conditions and trend of development of choice for brushless dc motor (BLDCM) driven turntable components, to rotate and swing motion detection measures or components made a choice, and established the control components for the implementation of the composite control strategy.BLDCM, unit power density is high quality, high efficiency and reliable drive motor in this system is a key element, turntable type selection, operation and control have important effects on high accuracy test, in this paper, the subject used permanent magnet brushless dc motor from the structure, operation principle, causes torque ripple, artificial measures and so on has carried on the detailed research, established the mathematical model of permanent magnet brushless dc motor, and use MATLAB tools to do the simulation to the problems. According to the operation characteristics of the BLDCM with turntable specific working condition, compensation control measures are put forward for rotating machine, the simulation and finally obtained the good effect.In the article completed design hardware and software system. Introduced 32-bit architecture (M3 LM3S1138 as main control chip, implement the two BLDCM speed closed-loop control. Chose a intelligent color LCD display, serial communication interface to convenient operation parameters setting and display of clear, interactive interface is good. Matrix key-press display integrated design to a handheld control apparatus; device improves the test efficiency and aesthetics. Each performance index of the controller, testing results show the circumrotate controller based on 32-bit MCU performance good, compact structure, high cost performance, with high practical value.This topic research work completed project task, also of similar equipment technology upgrades and development provides a certain reference.
