Belt conveyor is main equipment in transporting bulk materiel, it is used to transport induct and materiel in coal,coking,electricity,port,but in the present condition of production, no matter how many are to load,belt conveyors are always working in constant speed, which caused great waste. In view of the above situation, this paper proposes a design, namely The Energy-Saving System Of Joint Speed Control On Multi-stage Long Belt, mainly used in enterprises’multilevel (grade 2 and 2 class above) belt conveyor composition of the transport system, realize the overall transport system energy saving.This article will analysis of the belt conveyor energy-saving running situation at home and abroad, and points out the shortage, draw the necessity of this topic; and then put forward the ideas of this energy-saving system:we assume there are n belt conveyors, system monitored the speed and load of the first belt conveyor in order to adjust the speed of subsequent n-1 belt conveyor. In the software, Using the fuzzy control algorithm to monitor the matching optimal or not.. if optimal, no adjustment for sure. if not, send the motor target frequency,voltage and adjust time to the PLC. At the set time, the PLC send the corresponding motor frequency and voltage to the corresponding inverter. By the inverter, achieved effectively control of motor speed, thereby affecting the belt conveyor speed., which can avoid electric energy waste caused by the No.2 to n n-1 belt conveyor with no load, light load in the constant speed, and achieved the transportation system as a whole to save energy.the paper introduces coal mine enterprise belt conveyor and motor selection method, and makes the analysis for the motor running characteristics and consuming energy, so this topic is worth further research. Then put forward the overall structure of this system, the operation process of the system and 2d fuzzy control algorithm design process of software system.we will analyze the energy-saving effect Theoretically,provide results of MATLAB simulation according to the system.after use this saving-system,it can saving-energy 10%.Finally, this article will make a summary about saving-system, make forecast for the industrial use; And this system will make statements for the problem hard to solve, and provide certain direction for the further improvement in future.
