| In recent years, along with related disciplines such as power electronics technology, computer technology, and controlling the development of the theory of permanent magnet material, the AC variable speed technology has made great progress. Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) control system has attracted the attention of technology developers due to the PMSM with a high density of the air gap, turn torque/inertia ratio large torque ripple, etc. In this thesis designed a compound controller and application in permanent magnet synchronous motor control system based on id=0 vector control and space vector pulse width modulation.Firstly, the mathematical model of the PMSM and the transformation relations in three coordinate are introduced in this thesis; the vector control principle and determine using the id=0 vector control programs and the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technology are analyzed; the PMSM speed control system simulation model of PI control in the Simulink environment is built. Then the basic fuzzy controller and the fuzzy controller based on self-adjustable quantization factors and scale factors are designed, and their control performances are compared with each other. Finally, a fuzzy PI controller for PMSM speed control system is designed, then combining the fuzzy controller with self-adjustable quantization factors and scale factors and the fuzzy PI controller, we built a compound controller, which has the better control performance. According to the effect of the speed control system, the compound controller has advantages of both of controllers, such as flexibility, robustness and high accuracy.Finally, the summary and perspectives are given out what was done and research problems to be further studied in the future in the thesis. |
