With the rapid growth of China’s coal production, emissions of coal gangue is increasing, a large pile of abandoned coal gangue not only damage the environment, but also to people’s daily life caused a great threat to security. Using coal gangue sintered ceramsite as concrete aggregate can effectively reduce the amount of coal gangue pile, solve the problems of coal gangue piled up fundamentally. But with the new residential high-rise buildings, in all parts of the country large-scale construction, lightweight, high strength to aggregate development direction, coal gangue ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete will have very broad application prospects.Because of coal gangue ceramsite has the advantages of low density, low strength, water absorption rate higher characteristic, makes concrete in mechanics performance and ordinary aggregate concrete are quite different, will have a great effect on the brittleness of concrete. The brittleness changes, factors affecting and reinforcement measures of coal gangue ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete are studied.First of all, through the 3d,7d,14d,21d,28d age of coal gangue ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete brittle materials are studied, summarized the Coal Gangue light aggregate concrete brittleness changes with age. Experiments show that, coal gangue light aggregate concrete brittleness increases with the age growth, but the increase rate will become smaller and smaller, and tends to zero, and when the age of 28d brittle reach stable.Secondly, by changing the size of the sand ratio and water cement ratio on coal gangue ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete brittle material was studied, the influence of sand percentage and water cement ratio on Coal Gangue light effect of aggregate concrete brittleness. Experiments show that, When sand ratio above 0.38, the brittleness of coal gangue ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete increases with sand rate increasing; when water-cement ratio above 0.32, the brittleness of coal gangue ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete increases with water-cement ratio decreasing.Finally, through the adjustment of steel fiber content on toughening and reinforcing coal gangue lightweight aggregate concrete brittle materials are studied, analysis the volume content of steel fiber reinforced lightweight effect of aggregate concrete brittleness of coal gangue. Experiments show that, when the content of steel fiber is less than 1.5%, the brittleness of coal gangue ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete decreases with the content of steel fiber increasing; when the content of steel fiber exceeds a certain maximum, the effect of reinforcing and toughening decreases on the contrary. In the macroscopic view, steel fiber can significantly change the failure mode of coal gangue ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete, change the brittleness to certain plastic failure form.
