As technology continues to update and evolve, intelligent home control technology is widely used in modern daily life and the concept of smart communities is gradually being well known. Intelligence community is a new type of community. It aims to achieve living safety and travel convenience through Internet of things and cloud computing technologies. Access control system is responsible for community residents’ entrance security and plays a vital role in the whole intelligence community. With contactless and non-invasive characteristics, in recent years, face recognition technology becomes the research hotpot. Therefore, the research on access control system for the intelligence community based on face recognition is of vital significance.On the basis of various biological identification principles and face recognition technology development status home and abroad, the paper designed a new type of access control system based on face recognition combined with the needs of existent life intelligence community building projects. This paper focuses on a research on the face recognition algorithm based on Hidden Markov model, describes the pretreatment process of the image, establishes the embedded hidden Markov model of a human face and uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 platform configured by OpenCV library to implement. Through the analysis of the experimental results of Yale face database, ORL face database and homemade face database, it is showed that the face recognition algorithm based on embedded hidden Markov model has a quite optimistic result. The experiment shows the illumination variation has a significant influence on recognition accuracy while facial expression changes are opposite with a better robustness.The intelligence community access control system is divided into four parts in the paper: the mobile phone terminal, face recognition, background server processing and access controller module. The paper also analyses and designs each module and implements it separately. After the experimental test, it can be sure that this system can satisfy the actual requirement of the project and have very important practical value due to the convenient use and high recognition accuracy. |
