The reliability of industrial products is the ability or possibilities of industrial components, devices and systems to perform the specified functions stably with no fault under the specified conditions and within the prescribed time. The reliability of actually used industrial products includes inherent reliability and the reliability in use. Reliability testing is an analysis and evaluation means of product reliability. Test results provide the basis for failure analysis, study of the corrective measures and determine whether the product achieve standards.The system designs and realizes the detection system of actual industrial production inverters, includes overall structural design, selection of equipment and component, circuit structure and programming. The structure of the detection system mainly has five parts: power supply module, power module, reliability detection circuit module, communication interface and signal acquisition unit, the main control computer. According to the detection requirements of industrial inverter, the detection is divided into 12 modules, including structural testing and functional testing:short circuit detection, diode testing, resistance testing, power supply of the main chip, the output analog voltage detection, communication circuit, the digital and analog detection, UART detecting, FAN detecting, relay detecting, PWM signal detection, CAN detection. The system can align the testing device with the interface and detection point of test inverters automatically and quickly, transfer digital and analog detection signal, communicate using 485 communication protocols, run the testing program, complete the human-computer interaction, give the reliability test report.The system develops by LabView software development platform, which has a graphical development environment and all of the content is expressed in an intuitive way like icons, lines and so on. Software interface has two parts, the front panel and the panel constituted. All the controls on the front panel are the software running interface, and correspond with the datas in program panel. Data acquisition card based on PCI bus has a good support to the Lab View development environment, bringing convenient combine between detection program and hardware test device. The system is realized by the realization of communication, signal generating and collecting and other logic functions.The system provides a simple interface to the operators. Operators can complete the test in 30 seconds. The test system ensure the technique function of the inverter and the working reliability, which reflects the quality of the products.
