| Transmission performance is an important factor to determine the quality of automobile,highly reliable automobile transmission can prevent malfunctions and accidents, especially avoid catastrophic accidents, and, safe and reliable operation of the automobile cannot do without maintenance, reasonable repair methods can improve the reliability and service life of automobile. At present, making repair strategy mainly depends on the experience of design staff and repair personnel, has not formed a systematic theory, and it is very subjective and inaccurate. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of analysis, formulate repair planning tasks reasonably and effectively, this paper has developed a set of general reliability analysis and repair decision of computer aided analysis system for automobile gearbox design stage.By using 5T136 gearbox as the research object to analyze, firstly, composition, structure function and possible failures of the transmission are analyzed. Based on the theory of FMECA, the transmission parts of the fault mode, fault reason, fault effect and fault level and so on are analyzed, and the risk priority numbers are used to calculate the risk of each parts a number of priority, and to determine the risk components.Through logic decision analysis method and analytic hierarchy process comparative analysis, taking the actual repair work should be put more repair targets as comparison criterion of repair mode into account, this article uses AHP as repair decision method of vehicle transmission. The hierarchical structure model is first established for the 5T136 transmission, then according to the importance of scale meaning form makes out judgment matrix, the final decision to risk the best way of repair parts.The need for regular preventive repair parts, in the formulation of the reasonable preventive repair interval, established a regular preventive repair interval and sequential preventive repair interval two calculation model. The two repair interval calculation model respectively from two aspects of reliability and economy benefit, explained the solving method and steps.On the basis of the above analysis,this article uses Visual C++ as a development tool, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 database management system as the background database, and Matlab as the auxiliary calculation software. The SQL Server database management software, Visual C++ and Matlab software are combined effectively, developing a general automobile transmission reliability analysis and repair decision system. |
