Research On Subjective Evaluation System Of Comprehensive Commodity For Passenger Cars

With the further development of passenger car market in China, higher quality and performance vehicles are required by our customers. Developing high performance vehicles that satisfied the users has always been the great goal that automobile enterprises pursue. At present, performance tests methods on passenger cars consist mainly of traditional objective evaluation and some subjective evaluation, but little subjective evaluation of comprehensive commodity. However, cars will show in front of the users as commodities eventually, terms of subjective evaluation such as driving stability, controllability, comfort when passing rough road will be much familiar to users other than these physical parameters including braking heat loss, lateral acceleration, etc. Therefore, subjective evaluation of comprehensive commodity means more practical significance for users than objective evaluation. The research on comprehensive commodity was taken seriously abroad and the mature evaluation system had been established already. On the other side, it is still in the stage of beginning domestic and lags behind the developing requirement in automobile market obviously. This article mainly focuses on the establishment of subjective evaluation system of comprehensive commodity combined with some development projects for a certain vehicle. The main contents of this research are as follows:(1) Defining and putting forward the researching method and significance of subjective evaluation system of comprehensive commodity on the basis of literature review. Sketching its history of developing and the current situation.(2) Providing the index of subjective evaluation of comprehensive commodity, putting forward the designing principle and method of subjective evaluation system of comprehensive commodity through both the researching on the existing evaluation method domestic and abroad and the analysis on users` feelings in China. We set up a frame for subjective evaluation system of comprehensive commodity according to hierarchical principle and in which system, the grading method, the requirements of evaluators, proving ground, cars that selected get confirmed.(3) Establishing the framework of static and dynamic evaluation in comprehensive commodity, designing its system, providing its target definition and the key points, clarifying the requirements when selecting evaluators and proving ground in detail according to static and dynamic index classification method of comprehensive commodity.(4) In order to reduce the differentials that caused by different evaluators, we analyze their operations and examine their competence first through subjective evaluation capability index and SNR.(5) Adopting the analytic hierarchy process method to confirm the weights that different evaluations contribute, obtain their distributions and make sure one of them measurable. The rationality of the system of subjective evaluation of comprehensive commodity will also be verified through comparative evaluations undertaken by mature evaluating groups aboard combined with some development projects for a certain vehicle between us.
