| Compressed air has been widely used in most industries fields such as steel, petroleum, chemical, food, etc. due to its characteristics. Compressed air is mainly used for three purposes:as a power source, the pneumatic control and as a part of the process. Air compressor system in many enterprises is energy-consuming equipment. The energy consumption of air compressor system can be as high as 30% of the entire enterprise. So it is very important to reduce the energy consumption of air compressor system. And it is also the main method of technology transferring and elimination of outdated equipments.In this paper, the power balance information of industrial enterprises is modeled, and the basic information of the electric equipment is used to analyze the data of the enterprises. The status of air compressor in Shanghai city and the statistical analysis of the energy saving technology of air compressor are analyzed.Under different loading rates, the efficiency and power of the motor and the motor are tested, and the energy saving potential of the air compressor is predicted. According to results of the comparison of the actual case of the energy saving effect and theory test data, it is verify that the air compressor by using the high efficiency motor has achieved the predetermined energy saving effect. |
