With the rapid development of China’s economy, tunnel as an important form of hydraulic structure is playing a increasingly important role in the construction of water conservancy projects. The water supply tunnel of central cities of JiLin province is one of the two longgest water tunnel. Comlex geological conditions, the rock mass phsical and mechanical selection of the design parameters, especially the selection of elastic resistance coefficient of surrounding rock during the lining of the design procee have a big influenin in engineering investment and safety.Based on a large number of indoor rock mechanics test site and part of rock mechanics test, the article computed the central water mains Tunnel Rock total elastic resistance coefficien from the theoretical and empirical estimation respectively, and also do a research on the level of tunnel surrounding rock and rock mass resistance coefficient of correlation. The main research results are as follow:(1) Through laboratory and field rock physical and mechanical tests we got different velocity values of rock lithology, and point load intensity values, referring to the latest specification "Engineering Classification of Rock"(GB50218-2014) of total water mains Tunnel surrounding rock classification, obtained modified [BQ] value.(2) Based on the elastic and inelastic theory theory, sums up the predecessor’s study of rock mass resistance coefficient methods, on the basis of previous studies, considering the effect of ground stress, elastic-plastic theory derived Mises yield condition ideal elastoplastic model and theory of plasticity linear strengthening model.(3) Summarizing the existing rock wall rock deformation modulus and the estimation method of elastic resistance coefficient of surrounding rock experience. Describes contrast the applicable conditions of domestic and foreign experts of the five types of rock mass deformation modulus valuation methods and a variety of methods, 5 ways to calculate the result of rock deformation modulus of rock mechanics and field test results were compared combined with the engineering practice, draw on the applicability of this project more reasonable rock mass deformation modulus value method, in order to obtain water supply project and elastic rock resistant coefficient based on empirical estimates of the central.(4) Using MATLAB will get theoretical and empirical estimation of elastic resistance coefficient and rock mass classification systems [BQ] to establish the value of the correlation. Comparing the three resulting correlation coefficient of elastic resistance unit formula calculated values with the field test,validated by comparison, crack elastic model calculated and compared to the value of the field test large deviation, and the ideal elastoplastic model and empirical estimation method to calculate results of the field test results are very close, and finally through a comprehensive comparative analysis to obtain a more reasonable relationship type.
