In real life, any people are inseparable from the friction, friction has both good side and bad influence, especially in heavy machinery and equipment, friction may bring many problems, resulting in a great waste, so the people all over the world are in an effort to solve the problem of reducing the friction.Based on the research of hydrostatic bearing, the realization of the principle, theoretical basis, application, advantages and disadvantages of hydrostatic bearing. Combined with the technical problems of hydrostatic bearing, advantages and disadvantages, on the basis of, bold innovation, the static pressure unloading principle, effectively overcome the disadvantage of hydrostatic bearing, the same in the application can achieve hydrostatic bearing, and the same effect, although it also brings other drawbacks, but research on this topic both in theory have important significance, but also has great application value in engineering practice.This paper from the mathematical modeling, physical modeling of with the help of finite element analysis and theoretical calculation and simulation analysis of all the parts in the actual work process may encounter problems and finally verified the feasibility, a series of experiments.First of all, according to the principle and realization method of the static pressure supporting, the paper puts forward the static pressure unloading method, and establishes the mathematical model, and puts forward the theoretical calculation method.Second: the key problem on this topic is sealed, so the sealing were systematic analysis and calculation, respectively, the sealing ring sealing principle, compression ratio, failure form and failure criteria of feasibility scheme is proved theoretically. Inaddition, the seal through detailed calculation, including the friction characteristics of friction, the seal ring and the sealing ring friction force etc.Again, the key part of the system is calculated by the finite element analysis,especially for the leakage of rubber seal ring and the problem of simulation analysis.For rubber this highly nonlinear materials, there is no mature calculation formula, through the finite element analysis software ANSYS to rubber sealing ring nonlinear static simulation, can be a true simulated working environment, provides an important reference for the calculation of theory.Finally, the results of finite element analysis and theoretical calculation are verified by experiments. A set of experimental equipment was designed, including hydraulic system and test equipment. The correctness of theoretical calculation and finite element analysis calculation is verified, and the friction coefficient can be reached 0.25%, and the unloading efficiency can reach 95%.This topic designs a set of calculation theory and the static pressure unloading method, and applies it to a variety of hydraulic machine tools, such as large mechanical equipment, to provide a theoretical basis for its design. At the same time, this method can also be used for large and heavy load displacement of the object, rely on static pressure unloading, can reduce the sliding friction, the friction becomes small, reduce the driving power when the translation, save cost.
