With some domestic large-scale opencast mining turning to underground mining,depth of underground excavation is deepening,mining conditions are also becoming increasingly sophisticated.There are many forms of underground excavation instability failure.The rock burst the number of which increases every year,causes extremely serious consequences, and has become one of the most important security risks of instability failure of underground excavation.Based on stress-displacement deformation measurement method to construct rock burst roadway stress monitoring system for underground work, roof separation dynamic real-time monitoring, and accurate field data extraction. Combined with underground mining-level along veins actual geological conditions, monitoring results to predict the ultimate realization of dynamic early warning and forecast of rock burst.In this paper, taking Xingshan Shougang iron mine workers mined pressure monitoring project as an example, first use finite element analysis software for underground mining conditions simulation to explore the underground excavation of instability and breakage; then build early warning system of underground engineering Xingshan Iron excavation instability failure; and finally, based on the real-time data obtained from the excavation of underground extraction and analysis.,real-time dynamic forecasting and early warning system of roadway rock burst. The main results are as follows:1) Combined with underground excavation rock burst hazard events, summarized the iMPact factors of rockburst, explored underground excavation of rock burst occurrence mechanism;2) Use Finite element software to establish three-dimensional numerical model of underground mining numerical simulation, analysis of different mining depth variation caused by ground pressure; also explored rockburst pressure law under three different mining processes;3) Based on the Xingshan Iron geological survey data analysis, combined with the principle of loose circle theory,levels of mining rock burst monitoring system ara designed, the monitoring programs of iron ore-143 Xingshan project;4) Dynamic real-time early warning program are developed and KJ-520 impact monitoring system are applied, completed Mountain iron ore mining level of "real time-News-continuous" monitoring of the installation and commissioning, completed early warning system;5) Extraction and processing of site monitoring sites stress and displacement changes, made recommendations of the order of mining iron ore and construction scheme of Xingshan Iron; Preparation of Xingshan Iron Mine rockburst danger zone map and developed the control and prevention programs of supporting.
