So now the development of technology is not based on the cost of destroying the environment achieved. Car ownership increased year by year, traffic jams, air pollution has been one of the major problems plagued the people, so the electric car research and development of highly attention. The power battery is the core component of electric vehicles. Nickel-hydrogen batteries compared to other battery can withstand high current charge and discharge, overcharge and over discharge resistant ability, pollution, etc. have been widely used.Battery fast charging two main advantages:large current charging rate and the charging time is short, but the use of the late charge or overcharge during the process of large current charging rate would make the cell reaction occurs polarization (eg,electrochemical polarization and concentration polarization),polarization reaction makes the ion diffusion rate slow down, the electrode surface electron transfer rate slow down the reaction rate,thus prevent normal cells, so that the battery gassing, which led to a sharp rise in pressure within the battery will, there is a certain loss of battery and also lead to midnight phenomenon in a battery, so for a long time will shorten battery life.This paper studies the rate of the electrode reaction when the pressure within the battery and charging the battery, the relationship between the ion transfer rate to verify the internal pressure of the battery can identify acceptable battery charging power capacity. According to the design characteristics of nickel-hydrogen battery internal resistance, open circuit voltage of the experiment, the experimental data processing and analysis to verify the internal pressure more than the polarization voltage indicate the battery status. Under different conditions, the nickel-metal hydride battery charge and discharge experiment, real time recording changes in pressure of nickel-hydrogen batteries, the current determining factors internal pressure of the battery. Through a dynamic model experiment between the internal pressure of the charging current and proposed a battery charging process by the internal pressure of the battery charging power of prediction methods, to build simulation models in the prediction algorithm in Siumlink verified. Prediction battery charging power can be achieved efficiently and without breaking fast charging battery life. |
