Vehicle active anti-collision warning system is an important research topic on automotive active safety technology, Vehicle active anti-collision warning executive system, one of its subsystems, has an important research value. Based on to the science and Technology Department of Jilin Province Science and technology development plan "automotive active collision avoidance warning systems research and development" project, in the research group of automotive active collision avoidance warning system on the basis of the study, is committed to research a vehicle active anti-collision warning executive system, which meet the needs of vehicle active anti-collision warning system.According to overall requirements and function requirements of the system, this paper put forward the vehicle active anti-collision warning executive system overall design ideas and scheme, designed the hydraulic system principle diagram of active brake executing mechanism, and integrated the hydraulic system in addition to the hydraulic motor pump of hydraulic components in a hydraulic valve block. This paper designed the control circuit of the vehicle active anti-collision warning system, and put forward the method to control the throttle opening by using the analog pedal signal instead of the real pedal signal. In this paper, the XC836 chip is used to design the electronic control unit of the vehicle active anti-collision warning executive system.Taking the advantages of Carsim, Simulink and AMEsim, this paper established simulation model of vehicle active anti-collision warning system and active anti-collision warning executive system with these software, and researched hydraulic pressure response characteristics of triangle wave and step wave, which verified the good characteristics of system. Through the establishment of active anti-collision warning executive system model, We can solving control signal(cyclic ratio) of solenoid valve and hydraulic pump motor, which control wheel cylinder pressure. Through the simulation of active anti-collision warning executive system of good road and snow road braking response characteristics, proved that the active anti-collision warning executive system can control wheel cylinder pressure and make sure error within 10%. In addition, this paper through the joint simulation verified the active collision warning system has the ability of to perform ABS function. The simulation results show that active anti-collision warning executive system can precisely control the wheel cylinder pressure, which provides the basis for active anti-collision warning executive system integrate with ABS, ESP system.
