Electronic control technology of diesel engine has become an important part of engine technology, recently, for its characters of precision, rapid and flexible. This paper is based on the subject of "the weichai ECU subject injection drive EMC and fault diagnosis and design" mainly for the EMC performance analysis and optimization design of high pressure common rail diesel engine electronic control unit (ECU) key circuit, to lay the foundation for the final design of conforms to the national related standards and the reliable ECU. The main work and achievements are as follows:First, to analyze the basic theory of the electromagnetic interference categorization,boundary conditions and the reasons causing, in detail elaborated the electronic control unit and electromagnetic interference in PCB design, to introduce the finite element method of the differential thoughts and electromagnetic field finite element method, to choose the analysis software of electromagnetic field, and introduces its basic function and usage.Then, to choose the booster circuit scheme, calculate the parameter of the booster circuit, draw the circuit principle diagram, and carry out simulation analysis on its performance by using Candence software. To choose the driving scheme of electromagnetic valve drive circuit, calculate the parameter of the electromagnetic valve drive circuit, draw the circuit principle diagram, and carry out simulation analysis on its performance by using Candence software.Next, to simulate the EMC of the Boost booster circuit and electromagnetic valve drive circuit, respectively from two aspects of EMI conduction and EMI radiation simulation analysis. From the schematic and PCB aspects improving EMC, by adopting the method of filtering decoupling and bypass on principle diagram level, reasonable layout and wiring power plane to plane reasonable grounding methods on PCB board level. And simulating the optimized circuit.Finally, to design the ECU whole circuit and to simulate EMC. According to the simulation results, optimize the whole circuit to improve the EMC. By using the simulation to analyze the shielding effect of ECU shielding shell, from the aspects of materials and crack shape on the shielding shell to design and simulate study.
