The Design Of Tighten Device For Heavy Multistage Centrifugal Pump Bar Nut

Bolt connection is the most important connection mode of heavy multistage centrifugal pump. Due to the larger size of the screw bolt, it is difficult to reach a certain pre-tightening force by the manual tightening. In order to improve the loading and unloading efficiency of centrifugal pump and reduce the labor, a set of special hydraulic wrench and its auxiliary equipment are designed. The theoretical calculation and finite element analysis of the equipment are carried out. The application of this device can not only realize the screw bolt tightening and removal, but also improve the matching condition of the centrifugal pump screw bolt and ensure the installation accuracy. The research of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:First of all, this paper introduces four methods of for the tightening of the multi-stage centrifugal pump screw bolt at present and summarizes their advantages and disadvantages. On the basis of those analysis, the method of hydraulic loading and unloading device is selected. Based on the actual working environment, a set of special hydraulic tightening device is designed. The specific design scheme and structural dimensions are determined.Secondly, the SolidWorks software building model is used to build every part of the equipment and the simulation function of SolidWorks is then used to simulate the motion. The experimental verification is carried out to prove the feasibility of the design. The forces acting on the important parts in the device are analyzed By the ANSYS Workbench. The analysis shows that the strength and stiffness of the components can meet the actual requirements.Finally, a small mobile crane device is designed for the tightening device.The design of tighten device for heavy multistage centrifugal pump nut researched in this paper can be referenced by following research of big size nut tightening device with higher efficiency and more comprehensive.
