| Train running monitor and record device(referred to as LKJ) is overspeed protection device in China’s locomotive. In order to ensure the safety of train driving, the screen of the device shows the line information and the train running state in the way of curve, figure, text and so on.The continuous smooth speed curve(that is, the control curve) in the screen is an important basis for guiding the driver to control train. According to the predicted train brake model which built in LKJ, the control curve is computed by the line information and train running state in real time. Therefore, accurate build the brake model of the heavy haul train and accurate access the model parameters is the key to ensure the safety and efficiency of train driving. Heavy haul train has the characteristics such as the weight and height of the train change huge with the difference of group number, the weight change huge with train load empty and full, which makes the parameters of brake model fluctuate greatly. Construction of heavy haul train brake model is an important research content, the influence of random model parameters on braking distance is also an important research content, and how accurate access model parameters is also an important research content.Based on the analysis of braking device structure of heavy haul train and braking process, this paper constructed heavy haul train braking model and summed up the great fluctuant parameters in the model. And then analysis and evaluation of the influence of the individual parameters on the braking distance, with verify the influence of a set of multi parameter on the braking distance. Finally, The system identification method is proposed to obtain the parameters with large fluctuation, and the test methods and steps are given.In order to verify the model parameters obtained by the model identification can be used to provide more accurate control curve for train driver, designed and developed based on parameter identification brake curve simulation software. And use the software to conduct a simulation test, the test result shows that the system identification method can accurately obtain brake model parameters, so as to provide a more accurate control curve for the driver, the curve is suitable for heavy haul train operation control system. |
