Energy is the material basis of economic development and power source, because of economic development, China’s energy situation has become increasingly serious. With the increase of total construction and the improvement of people’s requirement of indoor comfort, building energy consumption is also rising, which has accounted for about 1/3, and the energy consumption of large public buildings is nearly 10 times of the ordinary civil building energy consumption. It can be seen that the energy consumption of large public buildings is of great significance for building energy saving and energy planning. This paper takes Qingdao city as an example, uses the data of building energy consumption provided by the Qingdao municipal civil construction supervision platform and the meteorological data provided by Qingdao Meteorological Observatory to analyze, major works:(1) Assessment of the current level of the Qingdao office, shopping malls, Hotel building, and with the Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou three cities in the level of comparative analysis, find out the characteristics of large public buildings in Qingdao City, and give energy saving suggestions.(2) Meteorological data is the basis of building energy consumption forecast. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes the influence of dry bulb temperature, dew point temperature, relative humidity and wind speed on the energy consumption of shopping malls, office buildings and Hotel. And using the degree day method analyzes the relationship between meteorological and energy consumption.(3) Using the method of mathematical statistics, the model of the relationship between meteorological parameters and building energy consumption is established, and the accuracy of the model is verified by the experimental data.Study results show that the three kinds of public buildings in Qingdao City, the building energy consumption is the highest, office building energy consumption is the lowest, compared with Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou all kinds of building energy consumption are in a low level, different types of building energy consumption characteristics are different, therefore, to deal with energy saving measures are also different. The building energy consumption changes with the variation of the meteorological parameters, which provides a theoretical basis for the use ofmeteorological parameters to predict the building energy consumption, and the error of the prediction model can be used to predict the energy consumption, which can be used to guide the adjustment of building energy and achieve the purpose of energy saving. |
