Abstract/Summary:
With the speeding up of urbanization process in china,the scale of the central heating system is more and more big.Most of the heating system is designed by the traditional centralized power distribution system.Such a system is easy to form proximal throttle loss serious on the heat consumer.Remote heat consumers appear phenomenon that deficiency of the chilled water flow volume.Central heating power distribution system distribution not only wastes large energy consumption,but also easy to form cold hot uneven phenomenon.To solve above problems,some scholars proposed a distributed variable frequency heating distribution system. With the development of recent years, which have been keep improving of production technology of frequency conversion technology and water pump, the distributed variable frequency heating distribution system is becoming a hot issue of current research.In this paper,in order to takes the central heating system of the secondary network as the research object,select a district of changchun city the engineering background,through the comparison and analysis of research methods,for distributed variable frequency heating distribution control system on the study on the control of zero pressure difference which following is the works of our study:First,the centralized dynamic heating pipeline system with distributed variable frequency heating distribution system of water pump arrangement,system pressure diagram,regulating mode has carried on the comparison and analysis.It is concluded that distributed variable frequency heating distribution system the location of the zero pressure difference control points selection is undeserved,also exists the throttling loss of conclusion.The more the number of system water pump assembly,the smaller the installed power,system running more energy-saving,which zero pressure difference control points is nearer the distance heat source.The reason why distributed variable frequency heating distribution system is energy saving,there is no throttling losses in the distribution process,by changing the rotational speed of water pump to realize variable flow control,the main circulation pump and pump of heat users interaction need to cooperate with each other.there is no throttling losses on the basis of the need to transport.Secondly,in order to study that sets zero pressure difference control method of the distributed variable frequency heating distribution control system in practical engineering applications.A fuzzy controller is designed.its control effect is analyzed on MATLAB software simulation.The results show that the control effect is good.For distributed variable frequency heating distribution system, centralized power distribution system,heat users of circulating pump in the water supply pipe distributed variable frequency distribution system,heat users of circulating pump on the return pipe distributed variable frequency heating distribution system and zero pressure difference control click on the distribution of energy consumption in different places respectively carried out experimental study.The distributed variable frequency heating distribution system test bench have been build.The results show that the distributed variable frequency heating energy saving effect of the distribution system has nothing to do with pump decorate a form.It relates to the location of the zero pressure difference control points selection. In the entire network is distributed variable frequency regulation,the system distribution of minimum energy consumption.Under the same heating load,distributed variable frequency heating distribution system is compared with the traditional centralized power distribution system can save the distribution power consumption by 12%.Finally, the engineering examples, from the traditional centralized power distribution system for distributed variable frequency heating energy saving effect of the distribution system.It is analyzed that the engineering examples after transforming will save energy. The traditional centralized power distribution system is reformed to distributed variable frequency heating distribution system.It is calculated by using the static evaluation method in engineering economics before and after the reconstruction of initial investment and payback period.It is 3 years or so after the reconstruction of which the initial investment payback period.Below the benchmark payback period of heating industry,It is proved the feasibility of technical reconstruction, due to the which is below the benchmark payback period of heating industry.
