Smart grid development in an increasingly mature at the same time, the emergence and development of smart appliances and intelligent control devices is essential. In order to damage the circuit breaker shut timely cause minimal or device requires the use of synchronous closing control means closing the circuit breaker to complete the synchronization operation.This paper developed a DSP as the control center to achieve synchronization circuit breaker closing control device, the paper 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker for the study, closing the control device for synchronous motor operating mechanism studied to achieve a motor actuator vacuum circuit breaker synchronous closing process.he main work is as follows:In this thesis, 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker and the motor actuator presentation, the mathematical model and method of driving the motor actuator was analyzed for power circuit breaker and the motor actuator fitting characteristics were analyzed.The simulation model of the circuit breaker closing process by closing the vacuum circuit breaker line load, no-load transformer and capacitor simulation, analysis of the circuit breaker when the closing of three different load inrush current and over-voltage generated,get fit and closing angle so that inrush current and over-voltage is small.Pre-breakdown,temperature and other factors breaker contact wear synchronous closing operations impact analyzed.Development of the breaker synchronous motor operating mechanism closing control device. This means TMS320F28335 core processors, including PWM isolated driver modules, IGBT inverter circuit, zero-crossing detection circuit, A/D converter module and signal acquisition module and other peripheral circuits, main control carried out, the zero detection program, data collection procedures and IGBT overcurrent protection procedures and other procedures for compiling and debugging.In the motor-driven actuator 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker as experimental subjects, experimental study carried out on-line debugging, to meet breaker closing speed while achieving synchronous closing of the circuit breaker, the results show that the control device actuating synchronous Off closing process error control less than 1ms, so the device can be synchronized closing operation of the motor actuator vacuum circuit breaker.
