Through the method of deconstruction, this article analyzed the current process of systemic design generally used by SME, and combined with the current characteristics of customers and market, discussed the general measures and characteristics of it, and summarized its effects and limitations. And then, based on the characteristics, principles and processes of service design thinking, summarized the characteristics of service design concepts for injecting more humane care, emotional factors in to the object, and helps to build a solid foundation of users and product ecology.Thus, on the basis of the sort of traditional systematic design methodology and procedures and the analysis on the service design thinking, combined with the experiences of her real practices and some new success case on the market, the author seek the method to introduce the idea of service design into the classic systematic design, trying to construct a set of new design method which intended to make the objects of design meet the functionality and emotional needs of consumers, enhance their experience of using, and highlight the features of this new age. This new design method change the essence of design object from a simple product or service into the communication medium to spread the concept of design and service attitude, prove humanistic, and promotes the interactive of emotions. It’s a new kind of design method which is a optimization based on the traditional methods of systematic design, and extend the field of design objects in to a new horizon including the design of interactions, points of contacts, market researches, customer segmentation, product positioning, and business models and other every aspects. This kind of design method can not only raise the strong awareness and desire for participation of the consumers in the fierce market ecology, but also helps the SMEs to build up a crew of royal users, thereby enhancing the status of competition in the market, while continuing to develop and grow.Eventually, this article took an example of the realistic series of small household electrical appliances, explained and analyzed its contact points, brand value and brand story, interaction and commercial modes, and lined into a design proposal which meets the needs of market, optimized theexperience of customers, full of humanity cares and applies for SME’s development and competition, fully proved the feasibility of the new method.
