| Concrete occupies an important position in the modern engineering construction. During the process of placement and oxidation of mass concrete, in order to avoid the appearance of cracks, the implementation of temperature monitoring on the oxidation process of concrete is very necessary.Through the selection of different hardware chips and software development platforms, this subject overcame the deficiencies of existing concrete temperature inspecting instruments and temperature inspecting systems existed in the aspects of the selection of hardware chips, simplicity of circuit design and programming function of softwares.On the main part of this subject, virtual instrument technology was adopted, and microcomputer technology was combined to carry out the design and construction of system software and hardware. In the aspect of hardware, it included the selection of temperature sensor, single chip microcomputer and the peripheral chips (keyboard control module, clock module, storage module and LCD module), as well as the circuit design and connection of single chip microcomputer control system and the peripheral chips. In the aspect of software, it included two aspects of upper computer software and lower computer software. In the upper computer software design, a test system with abundant man-machine dialogue interface was constructed by applying the virtual instrument development platform LabVIEW to carry out programming, and the functions of parameter setting, temperature displaying, data storage and query, automatic display test time and information hinting etc were realized. In the lower computer design, by taking microcontroller technology as the core, C language was adopted to carry out programming with the development tool of ICC AVR, which included the program design of the modules of temperature data acquisition module, LCD module and USB module etc and the program design of simulation I2C bus and so on. The system provided two modes of RS232 to realize the communication between upper computer and lower computer. And a certain anti-interference measures were introduced in the system hardware circuit and software design.PID control algorithm and control of switch mode are combined by this system to control temperature and humidity in the greenhouse. In this way, the temperature and humidity in the greenhouse could stay in a set range,on the other hand, this system can achieve the purpose of energy saving.Many times of experimental results show that, this system is relatively stable and reliable, and its installation and commissioning is rather convenient, the test results are accurate. The adoption of this system can conveniently realize the monitoring on concrete temperature, its measurement values can be used as the basis for carrying out subsequent temperature control, so as to ensure the oxidation of concrete to be carried out under normal temperature, with a very good application prospect. |
